hi all
i'm looking for good tips and hints about which new features of oracle 10g would be good to show to our programmers. the goal, after upgrading our db from 9i r2 to 10g, should be to show all the relevant features which they need to know as programmers together with java programming to the db. data logic remains in the db.
i already found some buzzwords like SQL Tuning Advisor, SQL Hints, Variable enhancements, object inheritance and other SQL enhancements, but don't know where to start and where to get good and simple information from.
someone any idea for me?
thanks in advance!

hi micheal
thank you. after having a look at the books i'm not sure if i expressed myself correctly. what i need are not developer books for programming java in oracle. i'm looking for new features in oracle 10g which might be for interesst for experienced pl/sql-programmers, which have to provide functionality within the db to calling java components.
short: relevant and new features in 10g for a pl/sql developer.
regards, ralph

hi michel
well, forget the part with java. the point is: all our developers are well experienced pl/sql programmers up to oracle 8i/9i. now i'm looking for the new features of 10g. not all features, only those which are relevant to programmers.
while my web searches i just found new features especially for administrators, not for programmers.
regards, ralph
